★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rubbish jetty. Have to wait other passenger done with their life jacket. Marina management didn’t prepare additional life jacket. Waited 1 hours inside the ferry for life jacket. Distance is just 100m away and need to wear life jacket what a joke jetty. Waste of time. If want to go pulau redang try to use merang jetty. Besides that marina jetty you don’t even have to wear the life jacket. As long you hold it they also happy about it. Terrible management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When i booked the laguna redang resorts. It ask me waiting here for ferry.
When i arrived there, only know they change the Jetty to Taman Tamadun Islam. Laguna redang resorts should inform us early, at least 1 day before?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This jetty is currently the temporary point for departures/arrivals to Pulau Redang. Most ferry operators have shifted their base to this jetty for the time being since the Syahbandar Jetty in Kuala Terengganu is closed until further notice.
There are counters set up according to certain resorts like Laguna, Redang Bay, etc (just ask the staff on duty) and you can also make your payments for Marine Park Conservation Fee. There is also an additional passenger service fee (RM 7/pax).
Do check with your resorts beforehand to clarify which jetty to depart from. Alternatively, there is also Merang jetty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very bad experience for me & my group who have to use this UNACCEPTABLE service marina for our round-trip transfers to P-Redang. During our return trip from P-Redang with Sejahtera Ferry on 25/3, we arrived the marina at 2:15pm. The ferry staffs have already moved out all passengers bags to the marina walkway. We were told to stay on board our ferry until the marina's personnel brings the life-jackets. Many passengers were hungry especially young children and cannot wait to leave the ferry. We all have to wait 45-min until the marina's personnel brings the life-jackets. It is a very UNACCEPTABLE service by the marina. They collected per passenger RM7.00 as Passenger Service Fees, but give this poor service which cause great inconvenience to all our ferry passengers. I also see many passengers (from Laguna Ferry) not wearing the marina's life-jackets but just holding them (some not even have any) and walking to the main arrival hall. This is a shame to the marina's safety practice without enforcement and the management. To those who will visit P-Redang, ensure your resort do not arrange you to use this jetty. The timing of departure & arrival is also not convenient for check-in & check-out and you also can save the RM7.00 passenger service-fee. Request from your resort to use Merang Jetty. FYI, Shahbandar Jetty in KT is under maintenance until further notice.
