F	Fadi Tashtoush on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old building.. smelly.. bad newmanagement team.. rude cleaning staff...full of insects .. whatever u spend cleaning and regardless of your flat stair.. u still find bad insects and harsh smell... prices are ok especially for low income large families.. still better than the worst N pry building

h	happyvirus yehet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at E-Park for six months ,in my opinion there's nothing special or exclusive thing in epark, all the facilities is standard and good enough except the Lift/elevator ,because sometimes it can't be used due to maintenance that takes two or three days to fix. But, what's good from epark is it has beautiful scenary (u can see clearly penang bridge and around that) and also friendly neighbour!

M	Muhamad Hafiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very nice condo, but the management allow residence to have a DOG in front of their door to guard their house? seriously? it’s so annoying & terrifying when u open the lift the DOG will bark repeatedly ? very disturbing neighbour with the noise! so what’s the point u hired security guard? and it’s mean the security is weak? thanks god i don’t live here, just stay here for a couple month. how to report this matter to upper level?

B	Baby Cow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good to purchase and live here we thought, low density, quiet and great location despite older building. On the other hand very poor management skills! Lights reduced, doors of public utilities all smashed or kicked in and no repairs done! No proper wheelchair access in this day and age and the best part is the mgmt office has no staff most of the time since one of the employee left!!!!!! No simple convenience store or even an eatery like Sunnyville . Added to that ,the lift is always wet from people coming from the pool area, too many naughty children here! What are people paying management fees for? I guess most of this mgmt people do not live in Epark and thus could not be bothered. Let's see how they can improve if they choose to be the management!
