★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym, batminton & tennis caurts are closed for more than 3-4 years.. And the management is not ready to renovate.. The building is old you can see that easily.. They will take so long time to fix anything like elevators or lights ..the swimming pool is closed since covid 19 and after the government allowed that and we don't know why...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment buildings is a bit old. The facilities are all closed and the management office individual are not friendly. The only good thing about this community is it's location, the local market, and the guards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location.. Beautiful view from the apartment. Not new but kind of well maintained. Not much amenities but overall a good place to stay. Best apartment amongst the 3 building in that area, Sunnyville, N Park and E Park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cons, water quality is not good. most facilities are closed. despite the building is old, there is no regular maintenance. the pros points ; its location, sea view ( which you can find in another better condominium). the building design, I liked it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the place. It is better than many condominiums, but its services such as coffee and gym need to get it working again, plus some repairs in place. However, the swimming pool, park, most of the apartments and the view are good.
