★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be better. Lived here in the past, but now I visit as a guest. Security won't let me park at guest parking just because she recognize me as an ex resident, no matter what I said. I just park outside because no energy to argue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable rent price and good neighbours. The parking area is quite far, and there's a few stairs to reach it. So if you have small kids, might be easier to pick them somewhere else. The gym is too old - you can consider there's no gym here.
