★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite old condominium but have really nice pool and view. The staff management is rude to residents. And the guard also very strict. They won't allow visitor who is pregnant to park the car at the guest parking. Please remove the booking guest parking. Do First come first serve basis.

-Bad road
-Motor part stolen
-Motor has been damaged by someone
-Motor parking limited and narrow
-Car park no cleaning service, rubbish a lot, dirty and smelly
-corridor and stairs area no cleaning service, oily, dirty and smelly
-Bad design idea for car park and motor park, inconvenience for every user
-Only ground floor lift got hand sanitizer, 3rd to 5fh floor lift don't have
-Lift in bad condition, no weekly or Monthly maintenance and fix , same problem often happened
-Water pressure low
-Every month take maintenance fee, but don't have much improvement and solution

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible lifts, seems like the lifts had never been upgraded for years, but at least the Rooms aren't that bad at all, it has a kitchen, 2 toilets, a living room, and more three rooms for sleeping. It has '2' swimming pools threre, I would say that the upper one it's for the kids, the one at the bottom it's for the adults, the pool has a shape of a square and it is deeply 1.5meter maybe. Overall in my opinion it's a very good place to stay, only need to upgrade the lifts, because the lifts are very small and old.
