Left with little choice, I tried to call them but was met with a not very friendly response of ββwe are busy. You call back laterββ¦.
Is it normal ? They were nice until we paid upβ¦.
Itβs been some weeks after this review was made, Max rendered the necessary service. I will now review my review.
Alterations were made. Thatβs that.
Things are now correct.

β β β β β Mr. Tan and his colleague Jian Feng came over to my place for an assembly. Entire process was done in less than 45 minutes with no monitoring required from my side. They were very patiently and professionally briefing me on how to use the Keywe Korea Smart Lock, and left me with no confusion at all. Highly recommended and 5 stars isn't enough for them!

β β β β β Installation team was great, took 45 mins to install the door lock. However the initial agreed time during purchase was at noon but was postponed a day before to 3pm. However was told on installation day there was some complication in the previous house, they can only come at 4.30pm. The installer came at 5.25pm. Installation wise no issue, just the promised time wasn't met. Overall meet expectations. Thanks.

Setting up appointment for installation was quick and smooth, and Keith has done a very good job in installing the lock. Fast and clean too.
Max goes the extra length by being at site, to advise additional matter on overall security measures.
