The unit which I stay in specifically is bad especially the kitchen area and the area where they put the compressor.
The sink at the kitchen area is leaking for a long time and the counter top at that area is badly broken from the water. Even though it's been complained twice that it's still not fix. The cabinet is literally falling off. The compressor area smells like very bad and there's also a lots of rubbish there.
There's also cigarette butts at my room when I looked down form the window directly on top of the dry walls.
The dryer is not useable as well and if u think u can save money by drying ur clothes think again cuz there's zero place for u to do so.
But these are actually fixable and cleanable if they ensure that the place is always in a top condition before renting out to people.
There's also so many dry walls or partitions that the whole place is like a haunted house at night even when the lights that have been turned on.
The management here is extremely bad. They like to give empty promises, don't really know how to calculate the fees and don't know what's happening.
