★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there 10.50am reception was empty, rang the bell no one came out, we went in and there is a guy was on his phone and told us to wait outside with bad manners and told us that they open at 11am. I told him that now is 10.55am and he still told us to wait outside with very bad manner. Hello??? I am here to pay and dine in, I am not a beggar here to beg for food, but finally I walk off, I think they don't deserve a single penny from me. Mark the day and time 16.05.2022 10.50am in case if you still want to find out who on duty. If management still ignore the bad reviews I would say good luck.

1. The buffet corner was cold especially the chawanmushi. All our chawanmushi were cold.
2. The Saba fish was fishy
3. Cold miso soup. Haizzzz
Good:
1. The BBQ items were decent.
Not much to say. But it's really not worth RM70/pax anymore. Disappointed. Felt like it was worth RM40 especially since drinks don't even come with the buffet. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Remain unserved for 3 minutes. Standing in the front counter and wait like a fool. This guy saw us and walk away. After we call him to come, he only approach us reluctantly and inform us the restaurant is closed: Also complaint to the customer service, Unfortunately no satisfactory action has been taken. Poor service restaurant to the max. Never recommend to come here unless you are ready to get annoyed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm ashamed to say that this is my first barbeque hotpot experience in Malaysia. And so far as experiences go, this is pretty surreal. I was surprised by the amount of space inside, and how intense it can be once you come in. Japanese pop songs complete with their music videos blare as background noise, which can be a bit loud.
The food is pretty straightforward: there's chicken, beef, pork and seafood. I have no issues with the quality of the food here, and actually really enjoyed it. The salad bar is also underrated and if it wasn't for the barbeque I would've destroyed the mapo tofu rice amongst other things.
Still, the service could be improved a little bit. There were missed orders and a lot of the times I couldn't get the attention of the staff. When I can, they were just pretty meh - I just work here sort of attitude. Rooms for improvement, but I was happy with the value - RM50 a head excluding drinks.
