β β β β β If you want safe cost on your food, please close your shop. Finish food not even bother to refill and nasi lemak with no chicken serve. 1st experience when I visit was good but 2nd visit totally change my mind. I will not recommended to my friends and family. Worst experience ever..... No SOP implemented.... Mostly customers don't wear the facemask when taking foods.

β β β β β First visit to CCH for hi tea buffet. Spacious high ceiling dining area is a plus. My subjective comments: the spread, assortment, quality and freshness of food were inadequate and can be improved, e g , the beef dishes, including beef satay, were chewy and not tender; the cakes lacked the fine, moist and smooth texture as well as rich buttery taste and aroma expected from the professional standard hotel pastry chefs. Overall, an average dining experience in terms of taste and flavour.

β β β β β Went to try the Hi Tea buffet on 1/5/22.Not sure what star rating is this coffee house but for my experience,the food quality and choices is totally not worth the money we have paid.
The choices of food is extremely limited.The taste is very normal(below average)!Really dissapointed after try out this place!Not sure whether it is still new but please at least consult or refer to other hotel F&B before you present to customers!!
