R	Rez Dib on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought ticket online and it didnt mention bus name/plate number. Almost miss the bus luckily they called me. They said need to check the bus at counter.

The Malay girl (from sungai nibong coach) said the bus will go from Penang to Kuala Lumpur non-stop, but when I take the bus, the bus wait for half hour before depart. It also stop at Ipoh bus station and wait for other passenger to get on the bus. Besides, I also saw three cockroach in the bus too. Sorry for saying the fact.

K	Kaishin Phoon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a 9.45pm bus but on board 10.45pm. Stopped at Gopeng for 30mins extra long toilet break. Almost bump into a lorry at front right after that toilet break! Arrived ipoh at 2.10am the next day instead of 12.45am, which is about 1hours plus delay in total. Don’t think Economy Express will be in my consideration of travel option again.

Transfer passengers to another bus on R&R at highway 5. No reminder to passenger which stop the bus is !!!WARNING!!! Be considered when you are choosing bus as your travelling transportation, think twice and read the reviews on google don't be fool by this kind of company, ECONOMY EXPRESS.
n	nazee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Specifically searched for a bus that would stop at Duta before Shah Alam. However, despite saying that the route would be Duta TBS - Shah Alam - Klang, it went to Shah Alam first and ended up delaying our stop. Furthermore, the bus is really old and slow, with neverending rusting sounds. We also missed our subuh prayer as the bus won't stop.
