★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcel arrived at the hub at 7.30am and could have been delivered on the same day but parcel does not move. Provide a contact number but cannot be contacted lol clearly this is frustrating and difficult especially if parcel is on COD method. Since hub cannot be reached, parcel might end up being delivered to receiver when no one is at home or away for a few days.

Did you just update the delivery status but doesn't delivered it to buyer? Arrived at hub 3 May ? delivered 9May? Need to improved your serviced !!

Called to customer service, telling them its an urgent parcel that i needed asap. Request to pick up myself, CAUSE I NEED IT ASAP.
Customer service replied, 'Request self pickup need to take up 3 working days'
Better just sleep, don't work. Wasting my time.
