 The museum documents the development of the school system from the beginning to the present. The exhibition is beautifully designed. The museum is located behind the townhouse in an older building built in 1884 by the English.

The Education Museum is a museum located in the old Malacca High School built by the British and traces the history of education in Malacca and Malaysia. The majority of the museum is exhibits related to primary and secondary schools, and also some items specific to Malacca High School. The descriptions throughout the museum covers those plus a little about tertiary education too.
The museum is okay and I suspect it’s more interesting to locals than it would be for foreign visitors.
