The Literature Museum is a museum inside the Stadthuys Museum complex and one of the museums that’s free to visit as part of the entrance to the latter museum. I was expecting a general history of literature, but this museum is really about the literature of Malaysia. The museum is lovingly kept with lots of information and exhibits of many notable Malaysian authors. Therein lies the problem. Unless you have an interest in Malaysia literature, nothing here is likely to be of interest. I’m giving this a low review score because the subject matter did not interest me and it’s not a reflection on the quality of the content. A Malaysian would find this museum more interesting.
