Reception staff super rude. They even not serve customer friendly. This kind of service will damage your own country image!

Place is next to bank of China. Easy in and out ( no heavy guards and stupid stuff ). Make sure to make an appointment !!!! Bring 4 photos and copy of info page of passport !!! For visa to China it's not here ! Go to visa center across the street to the end of the block ! Cheers. By the way. Hong Kong passport renew takes 2.5 to 3.5 MONTHS !!!!!! And they only take a check or a bank draft from Hong Kong bank !!!! My advise is to just buy a ticket, go to Hong Kong and get it done there. Only takes 10 working days and have some wonton noodle soup while there.

staff very rude, no clear instruction. they treat you like you already knew everything, if anything goes wrong they will scold you. I dunno why there is no reception like the visa centre to guide us before we queue. bad impression for the service from a big country, please improve

I applied for visit visa with all supporting documents in order. The application was filed successfully and the amount was paid. After waiting a month, they dropped my application without any justification stating that I can find out the reason emailing them. Sigh, it has been 2 months of continous asking them to provide me the details, unfortunately nobody is free to respond from their end. Unsure if the country is the same as their representatives ...
