★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very slow, they don't even reply emails, I'm ashamed of their customer service. There is not reason for an embassy to be in Malaysia if they are not able to help and assist solving problems and issues.

Most of my procedures related to they work; I have to solve them by myself or through a third party overseas and now there is only one procedure that I did request in advance years ago and still waiting for them to solve it.. Hopefully I will change this review in future because now look like there is not purpose in have an office here in KL. I have visiten for many years the embassy and it look like they are going back for bad in costumer service and community services and promotions. Becoming nothing like once it was..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For Venezuelan Citizens this office is not helpful neither attentive or well managed for solve any issues or for assist people making a living in Malaysia. Communication by email is slow or a failure ; simple procedures are complicated, expensive without proper directives and delay in time for years, diplomatic agreements for the benefit of citizens here doesn't exist. Commercial agreements for benefit of citizens living here also doesn't exist, events and promotions for the develop of country image are not happening at all. Simple procedures of Passport or renewal of documents are over complicated and I recommend anyone to do anything related with more than 2 years advance even if is normally a two days document. In resume is a zero star review and a call for they to. Improve their lack of work and their fellow citizens costumers lack of courtesy and etiquette...
