★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peaceful and quite with birds chirping sound in the morning. Physically gated and with guards. Good reliable muslim community. Musolla properly maintained, has many donors willing to upgrade and sustain it, and active during Ramadhan. 2 parkings for each unit, low population density due to building up to 4 floors only. Around 80% or more residents paid maintenance fee without sum due so its a good thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a reasonably good townhouse residential area to live in. The only downside here is the exorbitant Maintenance Charges being imposed to the home owners. The charges are not matched with the service rendered. There're no swimming pool facility, No lift service, No Gym..yet the charges are too high with only security & cleaning service provided..far cry from all the facilities that should have come with such high charges..The so called JMB should review the charges downward.

Gated guarded for 24 hours property. Very high community among the netizens staying surrounding this area.
Good location for the netizens staying here to their south or north.
A lot of shop or whole seller in this landscape. So this will make all the netizens a advantage to get their daily stuff.
