โ โ โ โ โ A quiet and peaceful community. Anyway the facilities are not in good conditions, i.e. the swimming pools are grown with mosses. The buildings are old, but i consider the interior of building as somehow ok since it is clean and bright enough.

Easy access to public transport as UTAR is Rapid KL',s bus hub.
Easy access to MRT Batu 11 and MRT Bukit Dukung stations by RapidKL inter-city and feeder buses.
Repainting of the condo is in progress and expect to complete next year.

โ โ โ โ โ This condominium is moderate compare to those nearby one. Good and kind security guard. Swimming pool quality still need a lot of improvement. If you are utarian, not recommended to stay here because is quite far. But it is near to the sg long night market

Moderately guarded with routine patrol around the blocks. The management's system however require further improvement. To be specific from student's perspective, the paperwork and procedures regarding renting by owners.
Settled residents and/or owner of units have full access to all facilities, that's to mean people who rents recently, mostly students, doesn't have efficiency at or direct access to use the facilities mainly the swimming pool due to the lack of resident ID/card (depending on the responsibility of the renter as well).
However, this is easily solve by visiting the management office.
The entrance is more "heavily" guarded recently, with limited access to people without an access token/card. However, it's not really strict yet.
For people who often shop online, there's a disadvantage that may concern you. In fact, the receiver of the package was not verified during handover procedure. This flaw may cause item to be "stolen" by other resident or outsider. Since there was no record conducted during the process, the thief can't be found. Hence, The management should revise their protocol on how package (exclusive of letters) are handled.
