โ โ โ โ โ Great location. Nearby to a lot of amenities. Great value for both investment / to reside as it is located pretty nearby to UTAR Sg Long campus. Well blended into the mature neighborhood too. Perfect choice of property to be owned!

My house wifi port have problem, already complained for many time, met with HQ maintenance office but they feel like don't want to settle this thing and keep delaying. Already pass 2 months complaint leh. Sending email but no reply. Ask maintenance office they asked me ask sale gallery, asked sale gallery they asked to ask HQ line, ask HQ line they asked to ask maintenance office, asked maintenance office again they said need to ask boss. Oh wow, you wasted my time on asking people around but then told me ask your boss. After that ask me for a letter with handwriting. Fine, issued the handwriting letter, after 5 days back to the office to follow up only inform me that need to write complaint form. hello??? You took so long time to ask me getting a complaint form? Keep delaying my complaint and keep asking me to wait and ask me to use broadband. You really don understand how terrible the data line here. I am willing to pay for the cost of pulling a new cable but need management approval. Then this management keep delaying me how should i work? Are you going to compensate me? If there is a choice, no star will be given.
Also, can settle thing quickly or not??

โ โ โ โ โ The before sales service is very good, unfortunately the after sales service is so bad.
Defect takes months to complete (have yet to complete) which hinder us from proceeding to renovation. In the end, we decided not to wait and proceed with renovation.
On the bright side, the environment and facilities is well maintained.
