โ โ โ โ โ Not many people lives here... there are many houses left unrent... facilities are ok, house is good enough, suit small of family with 2/3 kids/single people.. high level of security but since so many areas unoccupied, it explains why the building is quiet.

โ โ โ โ โ Think twice before you buy or rent house here. Everytime you need mover to lift perabot upstairs or calling for welder to install grill, you need to pay deposit RM500 to management here. And from that amount, RM50 will took from you. Imagine if you required mover to lift perabot multiple times? Yes, you need to pay them RM50 multiple times too.

โ โ โ โ โ House is fine..nice ambience.. low density..but why 3? Because i hate the management office here for taking advantage for no reason.. they took rm50 everytime i have to call a mover even when i cancelled the package to be delivered by a lorry.. high deposit for no-so-high end condo..
