Assessment was done at the beginning and clinical pilates was planned based on the body condition which helped to improve my posture. Great explanation for the problem finding and cues for muscles working. The clinic is well-equipped, comfortable and most importantly having a friendly team. Highly recommend to those who want to try out Pilates!

Every Pilates session and Physiotherapy treatment was well designed and specifically catered to my conditions. No doubt that the environment is good and comfortable, spreading strong positive energy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had my first trial Pilate session here. I must say the atmosphere was good (nice music!) and the place is well kept & clean. My physiotherapist, Rachel was nice and she patiently guided me through many different techniques with different tools. I'd say the experience was great (not too overwhelming/tiring) unlike some other places where the exercises were too hectic / tough for me. How I wish they have a nearer branch and I'm actually considering attending more regularly in the future. ??
