★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great facilities with friendly and experienced physiotherapists. Therapists will sit with you and guide you throughout your exercises. They also have performance training programmes for athletes looking to perform better. Definitely one of the best physios I've been to in recent times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It wasn’t' a favorable outcome for me considering I had an old knee injury. My balance was off due to a conditioned right-sided dominance and fallen heel arches, which were determined through the sports therapist. I was given full treatment on my first day of physiotherapy. I am truly amazed at the professionalism and experience by certified trained physiotherapists; I am able to have more free range motion in my injured knee and the physiotherapist massaged and stretched basically my whole body. The highlight of the experience is actually gaining physical strength and knowledge concurrently as the center is run by former athletes themselves!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visites Traine last weekend with shoulder and lower back pain. After 1 hour of treatment my back and shoulder was better and I manage to play golf on Tuesday with ease. Alhamdulillah until today my shoulder and back is ok. Good job guys, will definitely come again for next session.
