If you are not trying to help a customer and think your job as ulala job, what is your PURPOSE of working there? Please laaaa. attend customer like wanna go sleep. sadisss

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been using their service for quite sometimes Really disappointed with their service when problem happened, I understand lorry breakdown is unpredictable but at least show your responsibility or handle it by professional way, even though we offered to pick up the goods by our own also not allow but never find solution just want us to wait already delay for so long container arrived port klang on 11th april until today 22nd april still waiting for them to deliver. Especially the manager samantha extremely rude and irresponsible at all claim that nothing to do with her that's my own problem then cut off my phone called. DON'T USE IT BEFORE YOU REGRET. Because she felt that they are very big no need our business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad service especially driver lorry, customer service call 1 day before to inform for delivery day and inform please make sure someone stay at home but never inform customer need to go down and collect by himself. if customer service inform early we will make sure someone go down and collect. imagine your driver ask aunty 79 years old to go down and collect her parcel. 5 big parcel (dining table) and driver lorry very rude. please make sure your driver lorry be kind to all customer. we pay courier service and we can tolerate if you inform early. now we need to wait another 1 week for the second ttrip after we weed almost 1 month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst logistic company ever. They come to your place and say no place to stop then straight away leave your place and say that will extra charge for second delivery. This is stupid when our place is office area and there's also loading bay for all the lorry. Called to their line and they ok with second delivery without any charges.
Due to large quantity of goods, we did inform them to come within office hour and DO NOT come at 12pm to 1pm as it is lunch time and there will be nobody at office to pickup the goods. Well, here they come at 12.30pm and call us to pickup. They just leave goods there and threaten us "Are you reject to collect the goods?" Meaning they will charge again when they come next time.
If you plan to do business like this, it won't last long and it seem like this company never learn and never want to improve as we all can see so many 1 star rating here. Your driver is rude and your company doesn't care about servicing quality at all. Good luck to you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please think twice before using their service. Very rude delivery man. Raining day just put stuff on the wet floor and don want to help to put inside house that just take few more step. They say they are tired. We haven do stock count and then they directly take the invoice away before we sign. DON USE THEIR SERVICE!
