Just dlte ur app..menyusahkan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told that the ticket system at terminal 17 (section 17) shah alam is run by this company. Even after buying a ticket online and getting an electronic ticket, we still have to print another separate ticket at the terminal. And you make more money by charging us rm 1 for that? What's the point of having it online then? Just include the QR code in the electronic ticket. This is robbing off people's money at it's best.

Energetic Points should open more counters during peak hours or else passengers on queue will miss their bus.
Bus fare has increased too.
Previous companies were more efficient & fast issuing the bus tickets.
