β β β β β Remember the family Chinese traditional medicine store, cordyceps for chicken soup and η΄ζ£ζ£η² for reducing phlegm, especially for young children. As most of the traditional Chinese medicines TCM are not well documented in many languages, the true benefit is normally ignored or misunderstood. We just took the advice from our parents and it just worked out fine.

β β β β β Poor experience visiting the Gurney store. You will see contradictory in servicing behavior from their salesperson when there are big-purchase customer vs light-purchase customer, I guess they are all commission-based? I'm so disappointed.

β β β β β Purchasing bulky items here and there's zero servicing from the salesperson. Bought few bulky gift box here, and after payment when ask for any bags or assistance in bringing the goods to carpark (which is 6 floors above), the woman refused to provide any help(despite during the time of visit there're atleast 5 visible staff and only 2 group of customer)
She only suggested to leave it inside there, drive all the way down from carpark, find another parking slot near ground floor and come back in to collect. Well, what do you think is the reason we parked at the 6th floor? And you only speak of that after payment made.
If you're looking to buy small small items it's fine to come here but if you're looking for getting bulky item, definitely a big NO here.
