I called to enquire about the service to inject my cat who has FIP. The receptionist / vet assitant just ask me "apa itu"? Kita tak ada ubat itu. Then i sense she may have misunderstood me so i spoke and explain again in Bahasa. While holding the receiver, she just spoke loud across..i assume speaking to the doctor, then she said "doctor tak nak buat". Seriously the customer service is terrible.

Your statement is a serious defamation! (Everise Vet don't even perform "PTS" or Euthanasia to animals as well) We already investigated your comments for your 2 cats (Anna &Yuna) that visited our Everise Vet on 15/4/2021 with a total payment of Rm 650. Those charges included consultation fees Rm 40 (very cheap) for 2 cats, RM 300 FIP Antigen and antibody Elisa tests that came out with "Positive results" for your 2 cats. We only requested you to perform the Feline Coronavirus test for the cat named Anna (6 months old) that already visited few clinics before because you just lost another kitten that died from severe pneumonia from "another Hospital" at the same morning before you visited us and primarily requested another radiography/x-ray. Another test was performed for Yuca cat was upon your request since Anna was with positive results. Other charges were the 20 bags of medicine fees that you requested since you are staying a bit far away from Kajang: Those were the antibiotics x 1 months, flu medications x 1 months, antiviral herb supplement x 1 months, 1.5 months (6 bottles) of vitamins and 2 weeks immuno booster upon your request. We gave you the options to choose between Western or Chinese medical treatments or integrative treatment regime. We do not force customers about any of the treatment régime. We will base on our patients individual pattern diagnosis. Our staff will advice you to feed those medications in powder form with food and not in tablets or pills form. Those medications are without side effects since your kitten only 6 months old with recurrent upper respiratory tracts diseases. There are no standard and effective treatments for Feline Coronavirus infections (FIP). No vaccine are available for this viral infections as I mentioned before. We did also advise you to isolate those positive cats since you are in a multiple cats household. Please do not give defamatory comments or giving bad reviews base on your own individual emotion since Western treatments, Eastern treatments or integrative treatment regime are the with same purpose i.e. "To rescue as many life as possible" "Legal actions" can be taken against you. Dont go to this vet.. Keep promoting her chinese medicine.. She ask for rm650 in total.. But money is not an issue if she can heal my cat.. The problem is her medicine is so hard to digest.. I fed my cat the medicine for 3 days.. On the 3 rd day, my cat vomited all the 3 days medicine out.. In indigested way..so scary.. What if my cat didnt vomit out and the medicine stay in her stomach cannot be digest? Dont visit this vet unless you want to kill your cat

I would recommend this vet clinic. I am a newbie who adopted 2 cats last week (Char Siew & Dao Geh to keep each other company when I am out at work). I may have some knowledge about humans but for animals is totally 0. I follow people suggestion to give my 1.5 months Char Siew kibbles but the cat is not eating well and the cat litter is very clean. I did not see her touching the kibbles for almost a day, so I tried to find a vet nearby. That time I was suspecting urethral stricture or whatsoever and the cat seems to be weak with huge lower abdomen (possibly the urine accumulate in bladder), the cat would not let me palpate the abdomen but weird is 1.5 months it is still alive so it can't be (I seriously do not know what is going wrong which lead me to the vet although in comparative anatomy the structure in mamnals are homologous to humans). Thank god, i found a vet nearby and still open around 6pm so I rush Char Siew there. I do not know which vet attended to Char Siew (Dr Chong or Dr Wong) but she cleared my worries, actually it is only worms and I should feed wet food instead of Kibbles. Thanks Dr, after some good wet food, both cats eat alot and keep asking for food. Now kinda worry about what if obesity sets in ??. Anyway, that and nail clipping would be for next appointment during vaccination ?

Dr Wong is very caring. She did careful examination on my cat and the fees are affordable. The only drawback is the clinic doesn't provide a comfortable waiting area for pet parents. The waiting time can be long. Hopefully this can be improved.

Both Dr Wong and Dr Kenny Chong are very kind and helpful. Both of them are very knowledgeable with both conventional and western medicine. They applied the integrative therapy for their patients.
