★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our room was massive, but needs some serious time and money spending on it.
Nothing big wrong here, just lots of little things that add up.
The pool is really nice, location good for getting around KL.
The guys that run the apartment aren't very good at what they do, and don't seem to want to make your stay better/easier, preferring to ensure things are best/easiest for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good views. Friendly staffs. Swimming pool is nice. Shopping mall is just downstair, so you can go for a shopping if you are bored.
1) For the room; Big room, clean and tidy. My child loves the carpet and he can play around because of the spacious room. Room service is also good. Water pressure is good. Water heater good. No iron provided in the room but you can still request for it.
2)Food; it was okay a lot of choice from local to western. Got 2 restaurants for breakfast by the hotel which are VIP Lounge and big apple restaurant. The Lounge is quiet and it is feels like it is just you the eats there.
So far i am satisfied staying here.

Our officer had an argument (bangladeshi host) regarding hidden charges.
Hassle parking. Deposit +RM100. Very dim bulb. Bought several to change it.
Careful, they had multiple name under 1 SAME MANAGEMENT. Have no idea who the hell run the business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of mosquito inside, hard to sleep well. Air cond not cool, WiFi OK, no hot water, very dim light. since is service suite stay, so don't expect the service provided, it's just like homestay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took my phone and make all 5 stars review their self. So i cannot make complaint anymore at booking.com. This is one of the worst hotel ever! So many bedbugs! And the aircond is very warm! Not cold at all! If you came to KL. Please go find other hotel. You can get better one outside…
