Can you just let them put masks, i went there and they were gathering around 25 people not even a singly person wearing a mask, are you living in another planet? Shame on you.

VERY poor service, The parcel arrived at warehouse 2nd June, Until today 6th June im still not receive the parcel. Exceed extimate date n time !!!!!!!! Please dont open courier service if you cannot perfome a good work! Very disappointed! Menyusahkan orang je!

Ninja Van online customer service is impressive but not the warehouse. Staff from Ninja Van Cyberjaya called to me to pick up my item as my parcel been tear and not able to delivery which I felt it doesn't make sense. Since I'm free on weekend hence I am okay to pick up my parcel from the warehouse. The moment I slarrived the shop, I noticed there is no MySejahtera QR code for us to scan, no sanitizer provided and all the staffs, YES ALL THE STAFF, none of them wearing mask!!! If you guys needs the customers go to pick up the parcel from the warehouse, please prepare the MySejahtera, Sanitizer and the thermometer. Also, please comply the SOP strictly! Btw, I didn't manage to get my parcel even I went to the warehouse because the parcel with the driver, which I have no idea why my parcel still with the driver though they were calling me to pick up my parcel from the warehouse.

Very bad service. Here in google said close on 7PM but when I come to drop off parcel, the person in charge said last drop off time is 5PM. Tf?

please communicate better with your CS, hub PIC and rider. I had reschedule my delivery to pickup 2 days before, at hub, for a reason. With not letting customer know whats going on end up myself chasing the delivery guy. Also, most of your staff didn't wear masks properly.
