★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad, bad, bad services. Gave wrong item wrongly, didn't even apologize. Machine broke down, made us wait for way too long but the staff didn't even make us aware of it. Didn't even apologize too. Unbelievable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at Menara Ikhlas just nearby Dataran Putrajaya Precinct 3. It has spacious seating area if you want to have your food there. Their brand-new signature is fresher & better taste than previous one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customers here have no option either to have their drinks in Gloria Jeans at the ground floor or Family Mart. There is no more restoran mamak here.
Customer service is quite lousy. Tables were limited and the staffs were having briefing@training occupying at least two of the tables here.
And they just continue to do so even when it is obvious customers were looking for table to eat. I guess customers were not a priority in this outlet ??♂️Even for elderly & kids.
Another situation that we noticed, gov servants happily coming in & out and even enjoying eating in the outlet during office hours (10.45am @ 9 June 2022). With their Istana Kehakiman lanyard & staff ID ?
