★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went on 29/05/21 around at 3pm to 4pm and there’s one suck and ugly staff speaking rudely to me when i ask ‘excuse me adik ada mac n cheese tak?‘ after i notice there’s no mac n cheese on the rack. He ignore me at first then i ask again ‘excuse me adik harini ada mac n cheese ke?’ and he while bongkok susun barang replied ‘akak tak nampak ke saya tengah susun barang, kalau nak tengok sendiri sambil menghalakan mata dia pada tray biru which banyak food baru nak disusun’. IM SPEECHLESS!!! Family Mart which branches in Paradigm JB kindly survey your staff services they’re rude af. I swear Im not gonna go there anymore!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now I understand what all the comments meant by the super rude customer service from this branch and that very specific person. Muka seriously so busuk like I owe her a million bucks. Hello, we are the customer and we owe you nothing. And family Mart don't really care about their branding it seemed. It was good at the start but now family Mart is like down the drain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service at all , food always run out and the staff face like always angry to customer . Go everytime was not pack hours also , even have two staff there also not feeling want to serve customer !!
Hope can improve your staff on service!

. Open late .. Better change the te hours at your door to 10 am , if u can't punctually open at 8a m ...i look at the review regarding the staff is so rude... Yes, very rude
Eventhough u keep changing staff, but still the same ...rude!!!
Always no stock of so many item, expired & still display ...
I've been to few brunch of family mart.. so far others brunch are ok
But this Paradigm Mall Family Mart is the WORST!!!!!
