★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unit is good, but owner and agent both are worse. During my tenancy, agent can even let propects to see the unit. After asking owner, owner replied casually that he was afraid no one would rent the unit. Last, when I was busy preparing to move out, agent can even ask me to spare some time to let prospects see the unit rather than letting me to move all my things out. Such a courtesy of owner and agent combo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean, easy to find great food, the deco of the unit that i visit is superb, just nice for young couple with high cyling, big master bedroom, nice toilet and lots of usefull cabinet(like ikea showroom) great for small family. U can have one guest room and every unit cm with washer and dryer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some people just leave their trash beside the door that leads to the refuse room. Disgusting . Air-condition at the corridor will be switched off for good on all floors and this makes the corridor area very stuffy and hot as there are no windows therefore no ventilation .
