Staycations here is awesome. Attached to a shopping mall and easy to access roads to all the sight seeing destinations in KL, this place is great for whether you're on a lone adventure or bringing fam. Three nights minimum is best to really enjoy the hotel and facilities, in my opinion.

I woke up late. Rang to only find out i missed breakfast timing. Restaurant arrange for food to be delivered up to my room. How nice is that. 5/5! Nice rooms and excellent service

Went for the Ramadhan buffet. Staff manning the buffet registration & staff dispensing the voucher is not in communication with each other. Wasting our time due to their incompetent & we were made to wait. No point of being courteous but not helpful. To the management who is monitoring this review: stop using the same answer to all customer's concern. We are well versed with your much hyped corporate value that you dished out repeatedly. Now is the time for results instead. Just read the many negative reviews over the years to get what I mean.

WA to the hotel for reservation with no reply at all after 2 days. Called them in the morning asking if they serve high tea they said no not during Ramadhan. But its stated in website as yes. Business must be too good for you all not to reply. Ur in hotel industry a courtesy reply would be good no??

Comfy bed, room with a view and awesome rooftop pool! Check in on level 2 was easy and fast! Friendly front desk. Valet parking for bikes and cars rm30 per day.

An International Upper-upscale 5 Star Hotel without standard!!! Upon arrival, my check-in experience was smooth and great. The front office lady who checked-in me was amazing, she explain all the details and very friendly. We love the room, the one-bed room suite design is super but the cleanliness was off. The coffee table in the living room was sticky and we found some food shreds left over on the sofa, secondly the bed headboard was dusty. As a suite room guests we were entitle to the residences lounge access, unfortunately the residences lounge was closed at the moment. The hotel relocated the suite room lounge access to their cafe - The Lounge & evening cocktails to their rooftop pool side bar - PJ's Bar & Grill. Here come our nightmare experiences:- When we walked to the cafe - The Lounge to enjoy our drinks, the staff there seem like not aware about the arrangement. I mentioned my room number to the staff but the staff ignore about it and keep ask me for my reservation. The staff even told me they are fully booked for the afternoon tea. I explain to the staff I'm not here for the afternoon tea, I'm here to enjoy the suite room entitlement. I even need to show them the piece of paper I received when I check-in, finally the staff understand and guide us to a long big table as they are fully booked and no more proper table for suite room guests to enjoy the drink. Same thing happened when we went for our evening cocktails at PJ's Bar & Grill, the most disappointment part was when 1 of the waitress told us we could order any of the drinks from the list and 1 bite from the menu, after decided a waiter came to us for the order and he told us the item we choose from the menu was out of stock, for drink only red wine (without choice) & carlsberg are available not even white wine, sparkling wine and others choice of beer. So what's the point of showing us the menu and at the end we only have limited choice? We did shared all of our feedback with the front office staff when we check-out, he told us he will highlight our feedback to his manager and they will take actions. After 24 hours, we have heard nothing from the hotel about our feedback not even an email or telephone to follow-up on our feedback. I can't believe this is a standard of an international upper-upscale 5 star hotel! Advise to Rosewood Hotel Group, said what you mean on your brand culture “Relationship Hospitality”!!! my partner and i have nothing bad to say about this hotel honestly. the room design is great and everything looks new, the view from hotel room is amazing as well. check in and check out both took less than 5 minutes. whattttttt! good quality hotel slippers. they went above and beyond to satisfied their customers requests. we requested fork and spoon, they gave plates napkins spoons forks and knifes. we asked for two water bottles they gave four. my partner mentioned that the bed is really comfortable and soft. it was my first time staying at this hotel but it surely wont be the last :) thanks for the great experience new world <3

My partner had a function to attend at the hotel ballroom so we decided to book a room here for convenience. It turned out to be a very nice stay. The room is spotless, furnishing and overall interior design are impeccable. We love the comfy bed and slippers provided but pillows are a little too soft to our liking. Shared parking space and easy access to Paradigm mall. Went for buffet lunch at RM88 nett. Wide variety of food but some dishes are not warm enough. Would come again if my partner visits KL again.
