β β β β β I went to ioi mall branch at 630pm and was told not allow to dine in because they need to close for cleaning at 7pm. I was wondering why does it takes u to do cleaning that required u to spent 1 hour so that u can close by 8pm. with only 2 delivery order on queue, plus only 3tables dine in, looks like either u are under staff or ur staff don't want to take in anymore orders. Now i understand why you deserve 2 stars

β β β β β Price was very expensive in relation to the portion of food. Food was terrible. The waiter there was not responsive and confused. The choices were not much. I was very disappointed, as the food last time was so much better.

you're overdoing your prices.
8bucks over for 2 thin slices of salmon is RIDICULOUS. almost everything including salad has had a ridiculous hike on your menu.
don't blame it on 'everything's gone up'
it's outright overcharging!

β β β β β The worst dining experience that I ever have. I am very disappointed with the food. The rice in the set meal is cold, the chicken is dry and the miso soup is very salty. The price is expensive and the food offered very less.

β β β β β The food was bad, and the service was slow. The rotary sushi bar was not running, and the worst part was being told that ginger was only given one small portion and that requests for a second portion would be charged. But the irony is that this is the only establishment I've come across that provides two people one small quantity of ginger to be shared...by right, two people are entitled to one portion each! By far, charging the ginger is not acceptable...

β β β β β Price increase, but cut off food quality, no more radish and vegetables for deco. Miso soup and green tea tasteless like water, no more seaweed inside Miso soup.
Tuna inari, tuna thin like jam spread and rice become small, once bite can see there's big gap between rice and inari.
Chawamusi was dark brown color not white color, means it put too long time.
Udon soup, obviously it's done long time ago, the Udon noodle color like hokkien mee and the soup was dark black color, not light soy sauce color. I never see this color of Udon soup before, so scary! Impossible Udon color can turn from white to dark brown within few minutes cook.
Sakae Sushi, Bye forever. I don't mind to pay more but I care food quality.
