★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you care too much of your cat you might want to send them to other vets. This vet is very busy to reply to your concern. I don’t think they have enough hands for the job. There were no post surgery review, no final consultation or sharing on what do’s and don’ts about how to take care of my cat at home after post surgery. I figure it out from google and my friends, there should be I don’t know, medicine or cream but I got nothing. When I ask question they don’t seems pleasant to answer your concern. The back areas is not really clean and kind of messy too. I regret for just picking the ‘nearest’ vet instead of the best vet.

As they are still quite new and gaining experience as a pet clinic. Visiting hours is normal like other clinics and not as crowded as the other alternative we have here in Cyberjaya.
Brought my cat here which have a chronic medical condition where I have to continuously bring it to the vet monthly as her condition rises monthly. Explained to the vet about her condition, she understands and give prescribtion accordingly and explained the alternatives. After the consultation, brought my cat here daily (except on Friday as they are closed) for their support to feed my cat the medicine and the vet mentioned that she will study my cat's condition to find further alternatives (where other vets that I went didn't show such initiatives).
Surely, giving them some time, I feel that their service will improve further with more experience with the customers. Front desk can improve their proficiency level here in English as there's a lot of expats here in Cyberjaya.
Objective evaluation
Before consultation
- Called the vet in advance at the number in Google, suggested to walk-in during weekdays as they have yet to receive a lot of customers
- Went in during weekdays as suggested, registered at front desk
- Waited 5 min before called in to meet the Vet.
During consultation
- Explained the medical history to vet
- Vet do and overall inspection and weight the cat.
- Vet checked the mouth (where my cat has the condition) and showed me the current condition
- Vet explained the condition and whats the course of treatment
After Consultation
- Paid a sum (which I felt a typical amount for my previous encounters with other vets)
- Got the receipt via email
- Brought my cat to the vet daily in order to feed the cat
Customer service : 4/5 (as the front desk is still young, can improve further to provide confidence to the customer).
Professionalism : 5/5
Cost : 5/5 (similar to other vets and dont feel they push for other services)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is friendly. Price is according to market rate. As they open on weekend so its easier to go here for any emergency case when my normal vet is off.
Still room for improvement, especially on the cleanliness and overall feel of the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for your cat. Got a lot range of product. The Vet and staff are very friendly. Vet is deemed professional and caring towards my Tiny during her warded there. ?
Now my Tiny is very healthy after neutering. Thank you Dr Nurin and staff for taking care of Tiny!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE WORST ANIMAL CLINIC I EVER BEEN! I brought my cat to this clinic few months back. After got an injection, my cat became worst & died few hours later. It was a traumatic experience & it still haunting me till today as i'm living with guilt thinking of my poor cat's life wasted by went to this clinic which i definitely won't forget myself .
Its 4.50am, just woke up & i dreamed of my cat just now. I'm writing this review as honest as i can & i don't know long i'm gonnabe sad & missing my cat. She was a very good cat & this incident affecting my life deeply. I know she's in a better place & i really really hope that eventually "we" will meet & be together again..I'm sorry..i really am..I hope u know that i miss u so much & u will never ever been forgotten B....g :((

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Nurin is very friendly and helpful. My cat has diarrhea and vomiting, brought her to the clinic and had her warded. Dr Nurin explained to me what she will do to get my cat tested and next steps. They even allowed me to come visit my cat on the clinic off day during feeding time. And because my cat was too stressed while she stayed two nights there, I asked if I can take her back that day to self care her instead of the next day when the clinic reopens. I am able to do that and they don’t even ask me to settle the bill first. Tell me is fine I can settle next day when they issue invoice to me.
I also was concerned at first to feed the meds to my cat myself as she will surely try to struggle and escape. The vet tells me if it is not a trouble for me, I can bring over daily and have them feed the meds to my cat as well. I didn’t have to though haha and my cat now seems herself again and recovered well although I still need to continue her antibiotics until it is done.
Overall price is reasonable per I guess standard market rate, and while some of the comments here rated the front desk staff as unfriendly and not so responsive, I guess it depends on how u approach and communicate as well. I have no problem at all, and again, Dr. Nurin is very friendly and very accommodating, and that I salute.
I would definitely recommend to come back again. As they are quite new I guess, the waiting time is close to none when I went during weekdays and possible to walk in for emergencies and they can attend to you immediately if there are no other appointments during the same time.
