Cat was in an accident and broke two of her legs brought her in as this is the nearest vet. It's 5min before their operation hour but I beg them to at least help and check if there's anything they can do to help before I can rush her to another vet. They did quickly check on her which I highly appreciate however to highlight is that they do not have xray here so please do bring your pet elsewhere if you need emergency treatment for your pet.
Update:
Management give me a call immediately after the review to apologise & explain about the emergency case where there are kitten in bad condition. When she explained it in this way I totally understand the situation and feel that all is good .

Front desk are rude(not my 1st visit you can look at others comments), and not informative. They will make you wait. Appointments are always full. Appointments is 12-1210, arrived at 1205(my bad I know) ,but have to wait till they finish all their other walk in customers. Only thing I like is that the doctors are friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my cat here, they took great care of my cat. My cat was warded for a long time, it needed great attention, the Dr and staff did their best to make sure my cat's health improves, they even spoon fed my cat. There are no words that can express how thankful I am to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encounter this vet recently and brought all 6 cats for vaccination, defleas, deworm and dental scaling. All is good until today.
I’m cancelling this clinic as a future regular. Around noon i just realised my cat is breathing through mouth and is passive. Called the clinic twice at 1.00 pm to let them know I’m coming but no one picked up. So I decided to just walk in and arrived around 1.15 pm. Two people at the counter. So they have not heard the call 15 minutes ago? But lets just give the benefit of the doubt. Told one of them what’s wrong with my cat and she is already looking hesitated. She then go to the back and came awhile later to tell me that the vet refused to attend my cat because of another appointment at 1.30 pm and they are closing at 2.00 pm.
Asked them to reconsider because only two vet clinics that i know in cyber and it’s christmas day so i’m afraid i cant make it to other places in time. I also told them that my cat’s situation is worrying because she’s breathing through mouth and this is not just me coming for vaccination to indicate that i am really worried. But they are adamant with their decision and even told me if it is vaccination they could consider. I’m puzzled. Does that mean if your cat is sick they will be given a less priority? The vet’s decision came in without even trying to see the seriousness of my cat’s condition.
I guess what you really need in the clinic is a little more empathy. To say i am disappointed is an understatement. And guess what? The shop’s shutter is halfway rolled down at 1.55 pm. The 2 stars are for punctuality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was our first time visiting this clinic and what a smooth and pleasant experience! Dr. Diana and Ili (her staff assistant) attended to us and they were both very friendly and helpful, and most importantly, gentle with my baby girl as she’s very timid. Their service is very reasonably priced too!
Location wise, the clinic’s very easy to find with plenty of parking spots.
My fur babies and I will be coming here from now on! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hamster was having trouble breathing and not eating when she 1st got here. After being warded for 3 days and shots of antibiotics/meds she is now well and healthy. Everyone at Petsville are very friendly and compassionate, kudos to Dr Diana for gently handling my little furbaby. Thank u so much for saving Michiko's life ❤️❤️ i would definitely recommend Petsville to everyone near Cyberjaya. Price is reasonable too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (I went to another Vet nearby before- didn’t work, hence I came here.)
Took my cat here for the first time without appointment, at first the receptionist/vet helper were hesitant to take us as the slot was full. But they take a look anyway and help my cat with his problems (nails grew so long until poke into his paws), and told me that my cat also have an ulcer in his mouth. So they set me an appointment the following week for check up as the Doctor was not available at the time to look for his ulcer. And yes, it was the Vet Helper who assisted with my cat’s nails. (cut the nails and put antibiotics cream) very helpful, so I have to give credit to them.
Anyway, I came to see Dr. Diana the following week to treat my cat for his ulcer’s problems and she was very knowledgeable and calm treating my cat, and for that I am grateful. So she gave 3 medications (tablet pills) for a week and it worked! My cat no longer drooling all over his mouth and his appetite has increased. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! ❤️
