Bad services..delay to depart at the port and did not announce anything to the passengers, also the delayed has been taking an hour to passengers to depart at the port , PLEASE TAKE AN ACTION !!! Worst and bad service

I am on the 7.00 pm Ferry from, Langkawi to Kuala Perlis, 6th June 2019. There are no life jackets under my seat and the surrounding seats. This is unsafe and the vessel should not have been allowed to sail.

Was there with family during the holidays. Booked the tickets online and paid full price not knowing that there is a senior citizen rate for my parents. The website also did not state anything about this. We realised it only when we were to collect our tickets at the counter. Talked to their HQ and they refused to give us the rebate even though we showed them my parents ID during ticket collection. So what is the point of asking us to key in our IDs during the online ticketing process when you do not intend to give rebates online for senior citizens??? The operator should show consistency in managing their fares for both online and offline tickets. I would not be so mad if they had at least stated clearly online that there is an option of purchasing senior citizen tickets over the counter instead of getting an unpleasantly rude shock when we are at the check-in counter. This is clearly a dishonest way of conducting sales and it shows that this operator is totally unprofessional and do not intend to give senior citizen privilege in the first place!

Worst service. I bought ticket online for 8.30am, they delay to 11.30am. Sent notice via email at 2am. Very irresponsible toward customer. Reason, low tide. Never think how to solve, just pass problem to customer. Customer loss the time, miss meeting, frustrated. I wish i dont see this company anymore.

Hello management, Please service your ferry air conditioning. The wind was all the way warm from KK TO LANGKAWI. Poor service!!!! Also please take care on the cleanliness there were a lot cockroach around seating area. Please to be fair to your customer as they are paying ferry fare. Thank you

??? Bad service! My parents is senior citizen. My parents didnt give their identity card as they already in the inspection area already. I have shown the previous ticket that i have mistakenly bought which shown senior citizen on the ticket. How can u being very strict to customer. Is it military school meh? I have proof not like im being a parrot.
