SUSAH GILA NAK PICKUP CALL OR REPLY WHATSAPP, SEDANGKAN ADA JA ORANG DALAM OFFICE TU, CALL SAMPAI BERATUS KALI TAK BERJAWAB. NK DEAL PON SUSAH. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. RORO BETTER LAGI LAH SENANG JA NK PICKUP CALL. AND MASA MASUK LANGKAWI, BOLEH PULAK POTONG NO PLAT DALAM BORANG CAKAP KERETA KAMI TAK MASUK HARITU, SEDANGKAN DAH CHECK IN DAH KAT KUALA PERLIS. IT'S CRAZY TO PICKUP A CALL OR REPLY WHATSAPP, WHILE THERE ARE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE, THEY CALL HUNDREDS OF TIMES AND DON'T ANSWER. NK DEAL PON SUSAH. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. RORO BETTER LAGI LAH SENANG JA NK PICKUP CALL. AND WHILE ENTERING LANGKAWI, YOU CAN PLEASE CUT THE NO PLATE IN THE CAR TALK FORM, WE DIDN'T ENTER THAT DAY, WHILE I CHECKED IN IN KUALA PERLIS. I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR HOURS AT TANJUNG LEMBUNG WHEN I ARRIVE. REASON TO SET UP WITH CUSTOMS FIRST. LUCKY THERE WAS ONE OF THE MAN'S STAFF RUNNING HERE AND THERE TO SET UP QUICKLY. VERY BAD SERVICE LANGKAWI AUTO. WASTE TIME RIGHT.

At website paid 492 rm to find out at the check in (in kuala perlis) that I need to pay EXTRA 438 rm because I have a β€œluxury” car. Apparently on the website is specified that almost every non Malaysian car is luxury, but even thou I correctly wrote the model of my car while booking the ferry, it did not indicate to me the correct price on the website. Ps: if, let’s say, I would have decided not to get the ferry as did not agree with price, they would not have even refund the money. I thou at first they are a bunch of AMATEURS, but after I heard from 3 other friends the same story then I changed opinion that this is a systematic SCAM to customers.

Terrible customer service! We stuck in KL due to CMCO and we cannot make our Langkawi trip. We therefore have to cancel our trip and we ask full refund from LAE. This company said they can issue open tickets but they only refund 70% of the payment. I read through their terms and there is NOTHING mentioned this policy over government order. And for a corporate with any business sense, there shall be no company policy override government order. Be Careful when you make payment with those people, good luck!

Get your car across to and from Langkawi island here. Pretty good service and fast too

When you deal with this company, you are taken back in time of inefficiency. On the mainland to go check-in at Langkawi, there are no signages of where the queue starts. You just simply join the queue. We were standing in hot sun no more than an hour. The ferry ride was fine but all internal seats were filled up. I wonder what will happen if the ferry were to face calamity. There is definitely not enough floats or safety procedures for any kind of emergency. You are even allowed to stay in the car throughout the whole ferry ride which would probably have been safer in light of COVID. When checking in to get back to mainland, I arrived office 30mins earlier and was told to follow the schedule for checkin time. The ladies were not busy at all. When I came back a second time 10mins earlier, I was told to stand in the corner. You be the judge of this level of service that still exists in Malaysia. Very interesting and memorable experience indeed. Yes still waiting at the corner 3 mins before check-in. Punctuality is our motto.
