Bila call same company dekat kuala perlis djwbnya smua tak tau. Very bad service. So terpaksa bila ticket baru from kuala perlis smntara nk tunggu feedback. Even dh email pun information yg tk jelas. Mintak refund snyap mcm tu ja. Serious so bad this company. But other ppl no choice. Sbb tk byk ferry. So terpaksa la pilih ferry ni jgak.

Ask for a silent refund mcm tu ja. Serious so bad this company. But other ppl no choice. Sbb tk byk ferry. So he had to choose this ferry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not come really early like 3 - 4AM,specially when you are alone. Very dangerous as there are a lot of men riding motorcycles that would make fun of you. The first ferry leaves 7:00AM and the pier itself opens 6:30AM.
