★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The swimming pool edges were full of fur which doesn’t give clean and hygienic feeling.
A lot of mosquitoes and make sure use repellent for yourself otherwise you will be yummy snack while your doggo is swimming.
It’s open area so shouldn’t expect no lizard, no mosquito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I knew Sarah from Petbackers. She’s nice. I’m not writing about her. My story started when I started sending my pup to her until her business grew and she opened her own pet business with her partner Carlyn. My problem is Carlyn. She’s rude. My recent pet visit was from 30th Jan 2022 till 5th Feb 2022 (CNY period). Though they increased the fees substantially from RM40 in 2020 to RM70 (normal day) and RM100 (peak period), I AM STILL OK. BUT WHAT I AM NOT OK IS THAT CARLYN IS SO XYZ CALCULATIVE. I wanted to put my pup for another extended 2 nights and willing to pay RM140, but bcoz it’s a Monday and I can only pick my pup at 6pm (usually is 4pm) THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME RM30 surcharge. WORST CASE IS, CARLYN MENTIONED TO ME THAT SHE IS SUPPOSED TO CHARGE ME FOR LATE ARRIVAL!!! REPEAT, LATE ARRIVAL! I sent my pup on 30th Jan at 5.30pm. Carlyn wanted to charge me for SENDING IN LATE!!!! Too much!
Conclusion, this place has mushroomed to 100 dogs (according to them). They don’t need my business anymore. Good luck to you running your business without conscience. Carlyn said, “We have more regular customers than YOU”. Ok, noted, Carlyn. I’m bringing my pup to another “better sitter.” P/S: Sarah, if you do open somewhere else W/O Carlyn, please PM me. You have my number. We can continue our pet visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is clean but not good enough space for so many dogs also their services keep degrading day by day. They confined my dog for 3 days just coz he didn't get along with one dog. ( if I knew that dog was there I wouldn't have left my dog at this place. Cause I know both dogs don't get along as he is our neighbor) I kept telling them to do a rotation so it will help my baby to mingle with other dogs but they just isolated my dog for 3 days. (cause my neighbor's dog is their regular customer)
Also, while picking my dog up they handed over the different dog medicine. When I confronted they said it was done by mistake. I hope they didn't feed my dog the wrong medicine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place and responsible and dog friendly nanny. My furkid Cookie is always conscious of strangers. We send her to Fetchmelater for 2 nights boarding while we were away and they did a great job with Cookie. They will update us with videos and photos of Cookie. TQ #fetchmelater

Cons: There are way too many dogs in one confined area. Too little individual attention is given to each dog. A bit too impersonal and business-minded for our taste.
