There needs to be more than 5 stars because this studio so deserves it. It's a safe space in all sense of the word. Covid SOPs are adhered to a T (think Warrior 3, make it your best). Instructors here are so mindful of what it means to have safe practice - everybody and every body is different AND is given room to explore/grow/challenge on the mat so there's enough options for you to go from "I want to try this" to "I want to push myself". What I love most is that this studio has the most diverse teachers who doesn't peddle workout/sweat/good vibes only etc. And lastly, no mirrors in the studio. Practice over posing FTW!

I joined this studio because of Jenifer, she's very helpful and experienced yoga teacher I've met, and I get to meet all other (hidden but found) good instructors here. The packages offered are very thoughtful, but all are unlimited because 'yoga should be accessible anytime'. Really grateful for the opening of the studio to get more kind people connected through yoga. Really enjoy my practice here, try it out if you're reading this! :)

I haven’t got experience directly in the studio for now , but I know most of the teachers from there. Karma yoga gives us the opportunity to practice online , so I’m happy to meet them and practice with them from my place .For me , Bangsar is too far . But going there time to time, to buy some yoga clothes or snack is also nice to get this opportunity . By the way ,After the process about the covid, I will go there , probably for the workshop . Anyway, what I saw already from this place is enough to tell you , the space is clear, neat and green ( the plants are everywhere) and more important the teachers are really invested in their practice and to their students. The owner Jen and also one of the teachers , is a person who can guide you in many paths to keep your journey active, attractive and interesting.

Another level of experience with Karma Yoga during Wesak Day! The energy is amazing and will never feel left out with the practice together.

Karmayoga is not only a good place to practice yoga, it also provides space for me to practice reflection, compassion and kindness. Over the past one year, I have learned so much from their humble instructors. I still remember how joyful I was when I finally able to sit deeply into "child's pose", as my glutes could never touch my heels when I just started yoga practice. ? I have also learned (and still learning) to let go of my ego, to be clear of my intention and to take things slowly, one at a time. "Come as you are", there's this phrase on the studio door, and I'm really glad that I did. Truly sangat recommend. ❀️

I’ve been mostly focusing on home practice due to MCO but wanted to go back to classes. I’ve tried a number of different yoga studios around Klang Valley, looking for a good one. I’ve been going to karma yoga for a couple of months now and by far it’s my fav studio in Malaysia. I especially enjoy their hatha vinyasa, karma vinyasa and krama vinyasa classes. The only class I haven’t tried yet is their Prayanama class, so I can’t comment. All the teachers I’ve experienced at Karma so far, have such a lovely disposition: warm, friendly and helpful. I love how they balance challenging you but also being aware and taking care of what feels good for each individual. Every teacher has a different style, but all equally enjoyable. The whole studio and team have a very relaxed vibe who’s love for yoga and teaching it, really shines through. As a student, it’s really levelled up my already huge love and appreciation of yoga. In terms of professionalism and COVID, they have yet to cancel any classes I’ve booked, have all the necessary sanitisation equipment and also offer numerous online classes for those of you who are immunocompromised or need to be extra careful. They also have many early morning and late evening classes, which is perfect for those of us who have to work (unfortunately ?). I’ve been with both friends who are absolute beginners and experienced yogis, and they all enjoyed karma! So please, if you’re like me and you’re googling studios and searching through the reviews to see whether they’re worth a visit, take this as a big yes!!

The place is minimal, well-equipped, spacious, and beautifully designed. Instructors are professional and sessions here always make me feel strong. One caveat are the huge windows welcoming the bustling Bangsar nightlife outside. I guess that means the zen found will be more meaningful ?

Everyone is given enough space to distance ourselves from the others during yoga. Well ventilated and very comfortable to be there. The studio provides locker and a basket for us to put our personal stuff during yoga. Instructor is super friendly and gave super clear instruction. Love the vibe here!
