★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ???? The parcel should be delivered by 6 Jun and it already arrived Penang on 31 May and then don't know what reason the parcel had been shipped to Kuala Muda??? Shipped back to Penang on 5 Jun and shown out for delivery but later in the day shown failed to deliver cause overloaded... Until now still no further updates and passed the ETA date...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The courier is too slow, every time reached one of their hub takes a few days to send to next hub and the same thing repeated. Already reach Penang and not even send out for delivery. Already nearly 2 weeks for local shipping. Fed-up and wanted to collect myself, call was engaged, live chat was on queue up to 51 position. NO contact number to call as well for this branch, even if it does, I guess will be engaged as well..

I have two orders, first order arrived Malaysia two weeks ago and it was shipped to from Puchong to Penang and then back to KL again, and this was not even tally with the tracking record at the website. Last update was a week ago and I still yet to receive my parcel. Second parcel arrive in Malaysia two days later and the status was shown out for delivery for 5 days and I still haven’t receive the parcel.
