I been stay here 7 month and i cannot sleep everyday so much noise. Look nice but not worth it to live here. When raining all the water come in . My carpet always in wet condition . Hard to eat as well . Not much restaurant

I am writing this review on my last month or living here after a good 2 years stay. Hope this helps. This is a long one. Positive: 1. Location to KL centre (im working there) is excellent. You can push off at 8.30am and still arrive 9am on a weekday working hours. Other than the front road (u turn), you can also use the back road (will pass by petronas and chinese school) 2. Facilities- basic is provided (fully equipped gym with a yoga/ dance room + full mirror room, swimming pool & sauna). Laundry room is available but never used and dont know how to because its always locked. 3. Space is just enough for 2 people in this house. 4. On my first year, there was a seven eleven downstairs- hence very convenient to buy things. 5. No gated lobby- hence u cn drop off/ pick up easily. You can meet your visitor easily without hassle dealing with registration & guard problems. 6. Visitor parking system - pay rm10 per night / rm1 per hour with parking card (to pay at autopay machine) is great, again, no registration/ guard problems. 7. Beautiful bathroom/ laundry / toilet design with a big mirror. Ample of storage comes with the house in this bathroom. (open wardrobe at the toilet for you to keep clothes/ hang stuff). Negative: 1. Water bill: rm36 minimum, pay at the management. If you use or not, still need to pay. 2. Electricity: using a top up card to slot into the fuse box. My average usage per month (2 adults) with aircond, fridge, washing machine, will be rm200 per month. You can buy top up at the management on weekdays. If its running low, there will be a beep sound at the fuse box, and will last for few days (1-2 days), and will off if u didnt top up. There will be emergency light if you have no electric until next morning. 3. Bedroom: designed to be at the end of the house with a sliding door as partition (my layout, not sure about the others). Outside the bedroom, there is a balcony, which is facing jalan kuching. Can be very very noisy at night, mat rempits will hang at the petronas opposite. Having bedrooms with balcony facing the highway is not so good, as you need to air the house and dirt/ dust from outside will go to your bed. Need to run air purifier everyday, hence more cost on electricity. Bedroom can fit max 1 queen bed + 2 bedside table. And nothing else. 4. Kitchen, located just right outside the bedroom sliding door. There will be where you cook, clean and rubbish are. Not really a good idea because its not hygienic to sleep near kitchen. I cook heavily at home everyday. 5. Living area: huge enough for 1 working table, 1 excercise bicycle, 1 wardrobe and 1 Sofa. I use the wardrobe as a separator between living area and mini storage. If u have lots of things, not suitable as there isnt many place to keep. 6. Only got 1 door (main door) and the balcony for air exchange (in / out). Not suitable for plants as there is no sun to come in. 7. I experience (without notice) 2x blackout, 2x no water supply for the past 2 years. 8. There is a speaker build in this house, you will get announcement (like the one in the airport) out of sudden. This can be a good and bad feature of this house, but i put it under negative because it bothered me when i was sleeping the other day. 9. There is a restaurant/ bar downstairs called the pitstop. Food is so so ( but a lil pricy), beer is available. But the shop customer is too selfish parking everywhere around the lobby area, causing congestion for resident to go in/ out. Guard doesnt seem to do anything when the visitor car park is empty. Overall, it was a great experience, but because of the negatives, im moving out. i dont recommend families living here (tho my neighbour is a family- they have a bigger unit- 2 rooms house). Single people/ single parents will be more suitable, and if u have high expectations, please lower it down before u move in.

Good area on the way side , easy to go anywhere is the Center I do renovation here faster csn go and buy things Jln ipoh road

Overall nice place to stay . Management was rather responsive in terms of enquiries . Placed in an inquiry to ask about the reviews I have read on Google Review and they have responded appropriately. It's located in the city so it's expected that it won't be a quiet suburban location. Stayed in other buildings before and the sound was relatively dampen with the heavy curtains installed. Waterbill in KL is standard for all commercial units or condos on commercial land at RM 36 a month so no surprises there. Maxis and TMNet wifi is available at this building Cleanliness wise is subject to the landlord / host / tenant in the building . Fortunately the floor I was staying at was clean . Placed maintenance pest control on my own accord as a prevention but so far no incidents. The building also does their own regular pest control maintenance. Recycling is advisable but its typical for Msians to not really follow .

Worst stay ever in KL. Exterior might be good but don't get cheated with that. Had sleepless night due to pungent odor coming from toilet i suspect from drainage hole. The smell was terrible. Also experienced similar smell at parking area. Worst scenario is rubbish are thrown by tenants/ guest in front of house and corridor. This attraction cockroaches. Despite all these, the management doesn't take any action at all and be silent. Heard from few residents that they are facing similar problems and poor feedback from management. No one would wana stay in unhygienic & smelly place!!

Convenient location to bangsar , mont kiara , melawati, and kl City Centre. Backroads and high ways allow easier access when there is traffic . Nice facilities in the building with an infinity pool and sauna. Low density commercial residential unit . The only freehold that I have come accrosed in that area . Suitable for couples or small families or investments to rent out to those on work secondment projects in the city . Alot of options for food delivery . The building allows for private events at the rooftop and communal space for residents only
