★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guards giving hard time (procedural protocol) for visitors, except regulars such as Uber/GrabCar drivers. Edit: now the guards are more lenient (maybe they have recognised my face LoL!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good security. Intercoms are not operational though. Good view of KL from higher floor levels. Guards should ensure that exit and entry are not blocked by other vehicles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge condominium with nice view of KL city. Parking limited so many cars parked at the road side causing congestion around that area. Security quite strict but the staffs were quite helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management ever. They are allowing renovation work from March till now and the sound is unbearable. I have made complaints many times as I am pregnant and I have a heart patient mom staying with me. But the management doesn't care about all that and still allow those people to work the whole day. They can't take a considerate action towards people living there. What kind of a management is that if they cnt consider other tenant's complaint or even talk to us on how to take action which will benefit both side. They don't even care if I'm pregnant and the amount of noise is unbearable.
