★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm staying in Sri Putramas condominium. I find the facilites here is complete. They've swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, jogging track, 24 hrs security and beautiful landscapeing. At the moment the cafe is closed. They'll open as soon as they obtain the new contract. The've parking for visitors also. The guards here are friendly and polite.

There is a good restaurant with terrace near the pool, offering mainly Malaysian cuisine, the "Diamond Cafe" can practice many sports activities, outdoor tennis or indoor Badminton, there is a very pleasant tropical garden with a children's play area and a barbecue area.
It is possible to find apartments for rent for short or long periods at very reasonable prices.
The set is clean and well maintained with good security service.
It's a good address a few minutes from the city center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please end this restaurants contract. The food is really really really bad. Even the guards were arguing with the staff about the bad food. Just shut this place down and replace it with a proper restaurant and good staff. This place is empty most of the time anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome environment but poor maintenance and the visitor parking is literally like 5 levels up. Visited a friend here, and her unit had a good view, facing the high court. But the traffic is definitely a concern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is below average. The lunch buffet needs to be improved. Price range is average. They seriously need to improve to beat the last Operators who were serving good quality food at affordable prices. Good place to lepak near the pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been staying here for a month now after buying the property, definitely a gem in KL. Management is good, facilities are well maintained. Jacuzzi was once not working properly after 2 months it’s fixed already. Can say they take time to fix the things but as long as they get it done. This is where the lost of one star. Public toilet is modern and nice after the swim but water a little small. There’s parking for all residents and also visitors. RM5 ringgit overnight parking for visitors. Badminton and many other facilities have been renovated, AMAZING! Mamak there beside the pool was okay. There’s a convenient mart! Good security! Really a place for all types of family, everyone so far I met is friendly, regardless of race and religion, security also friendly, very alert when helping anybody needs help. There are still some part can be improved like the delivery of parcel, I’m not sure where can they deliver it too now since they removed the delivery of parcel to lobby is prohibited. There’s a dobi. Outdoor gym, bbq pits, basketball, tennis, futsal. Car wash spot(self or paid) beautiful landscape!
