Because points. And because I can. But mostly points.
To be fair the deals here are decent compared to some of the other franchises. The chocolate vanilla twist is tantalisingly new, although not that fresh looking. Probably won't last. The subs of the day are reposts, without the cookie.
Service is fair. Location is right next to the escalator.

β β β β β Subway Queensbay outlet's staff is the best. They give minimal amount of vegetables and drench the salad in dressing. Grabbed the opportunity to surprise you with a salad in dressing swimming pool when you ordered via food delivery service. Where's your ration and SOP? This is not the first time I buy a Subway salad so don't take me for being clueless. Utterly ridiculous.

β β β β β I ordered a salad roast beef and a sandwich from grab food today. Unfortunately, my salad came not as what i expected. Then, the grab food rider just told me that the βSUBWAY STAFFβ said to her that βthey dont know what vegetables should they put inside there cause I didnβt tick any choice and they tried to call me and I didnβt pick up the callβ . AND which is i cant even choose what veggies to put inside since there is only dressing choice in grab and im working thats why i cant pick up my phone. After the grab rider left, we called the restaurant to informed them abt the salads and ask them βcan we go and tambah sayur cause itβs literally nothing in that salad?β. But so sad cause i dont even know that subway hired a staff which is completely RUDE and dont know how to handle this situation i guess ?? I just ask βcan i go tambah sayur?β and they just need to answer either βyes or noβ . But the subway girl choose to jawab with nada yang agak rude and ask me β why i tk choose any choice? Why tak put any remarks ? β. Like reallyy ???? What you want me to remarks there ?? Put vegetables ? Put more green stuff ??? In that salad ??? Its so sad cause i know subway standards but cause that one girl your stores looks bad now.
