★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Flour Restaurant is back as the Flour Rises - from comfort Indian cuisine to 11-course fine dining degustation at RM 550/pax. The new menu pays homage to the various seasonal ingredients throughout different regions in India, with a touch of finesse and modernity combined in a beautiful fusion with French and Italian techniques.
It was one of the best fine dining I’ve ever had in Malaysia so far, with every bite full of complex, bold, yet comforting flavours. The menu is split into 3 parts, each culminating in a different experience that builds on top of each dish.
While I shan’t spoil the experience, a special shout out to the fresh abalone thats so tender and beautifully done the taste still lingers on my tongue.
The menu is titled Blossom Summer - and I can’t wait to see what’s in store for Autumn, Winter or Spring ?

Experience a journey of flavors and creativity with Chef Yogi through the curated French-Indian Blossom Summer degustation menu. The engagement from Chef Yogi and the service from the crew here is top notch which can put any international hotel brand to shame. Thanks Azie for the wonderful engagement from my reservations which set the tone. Not forgetting Sandra. The culinary journey was full of flavors, playful and the creativity from Chef Yogi had taken Indian cuisine to the next level. Come with an open mind and leave with wanting more. Great dining experience comes with a price and worth the admission.

For every dish, chef Yogi will explain and guide how to eat.. very different experience from the previous fine dining restaurants I’ve tried.. the price are on the steep side though.. in my opinion if the service and food is good I don’t mind paying…. Thank you very much for serving us!! Will definitely come back again if I were to celebrate any special occasions ???

The new cuisine is a tribute to the diverse seasonal delicacies found throughout India's numerous regions, while also incorporating a touch of elegance and modernism through the use of French and Italian techniques.
What makes it even more intriguing is how Chef Yogi blends French techniques into Indian food preparation, resulting in outstanding visually appealing and mouth-watering dishes. Each bite is brimming with deep, powerful, yet soothing flavours. The menu is divided into three sections, each of which culminates in a unique experience that builds upon the previous meal. The restaurant's interior design is outstanding. Without a doubt, you deserve more stars than what Google allows:)

The dishes are far from traditional and may not be your classic familiar Indian cuisine, hence it's important to come with an open mind. Chef Yogi will guide you through his thoughts and inspirations for every dish that he has produced. So the food should be appreciated not just for its taste, but for the culture and the experiences of the chef it brings out.
