Been buying printers and supplies here for years. Great thing about this place is they REALLY know how to service a printer. Technically strong place that do less sales talk and just fix the problem. They sell quality original and oem products. safe to buy from them. Flexible during MCOs they do door to door delivery for printer supplies. Customer for 10+ years bought 30+ of printers from them.

Extremely honest service! Came here looking to replace what we thought was a broken printer. The gentleman that assisted us did not just sell us a printer, he first made sure if we really needed a new one. He took a look at our printer and said we only needed to buy cartridges as the ones we were using just expired. In all we were able to save about 300MYR. I'd definitely recommend this shop for your printer needs.

VERY UNETHICAL SELLER. BE CAREFUL!! I bought my first printer in Jan’21 for my kids due to online classes. I am not computer savvy person. In Oct’21 I asked about toner for the printer and do not know which to buy. Seller recommended drum cartridge instead of toner cartridge just because I mentioned DR model which I have no idea that it’s drum cartridge model. I clearly mentioned that I needed the toner as my toner is running low. So I paid for the item that seller recommended. Fast forward, I opened the box in Feb’21 to realised that it is a drum cartridge which was already “opened and taped back”. Seller did not apologise for giving wrong recommendation and product that has already been opened, but instead blame me for placing the order wrongly. The cost of the drum cartridge is RM119! Seller is very arrogant and unethical! Be careful!!
