★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service and ready for help when having problem or further enquiry. I like Asus product due to the price is friendly and the design is nice for every people in different age. This is the second Asus laptop that I have. And I used it for coding purpose. It make me increase my productivity and make my job can been done faster. Now I have a good experience with this product but I still hope that Asus can increase their quality in the products in terms of hardware and the testing of software so that can let user have a best user experience for using Asus products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not honest. They deceived me to pay RM20 for the reformation of laptop but it suppose to be free as my laptop is under warranty. I just asked that any fee will be charged to confirm that it is free but they said need to pay rm20. After paying the money, they laughed and used another language to communicate. They said :"Suppose to be free, but bcoz he asked, then I charged him money." They assumed that I don't know their language but actually I know and heard it. Wouldn't be there or buy anything from pc image again. ???
