★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go to spin studio. Good instructors and intense cardio session. Things to improve on 1. Front desk customer service skills - some staffs are quite stuck up, 2. Female toilet - there's a peculiar unpleasant smell, please check and work aomething about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome instructors and classes! The facilities are awesome too. Who doesn't love working out in a dark room with flashing coloured lights and pumped up music? I know I do! It's like mixing working out with clubbing. Would definitely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The instructors are just great! And it's a fun way of burning those calories. Just be careful to not injure yourself people with back, hand and shoulder injuries need to be careful.

The first session was with Bernice and I could not walk properly for the next 3 days. I decided to go back again after a few weeks break because of the MCO and it was with Bernice again. I was not as bad the second time and I was able to push myself a bit more.
For beginners, I think the best trainer is Isabel, who does a great job in explaining all the steps, her motivational words and also the stretching exercises at the end of the class. Last week, we had a new trainer, Soraya. Totally different vibe and really intense workout. Felt really great that I was able to push it even further. Looking forward to more sessions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is not as well maintained as the other flyproject gyms in DC Mall, Intermark and JW Marriott. Overall the others provide better facilities and is more spacious compared to this place. They also don't seem to provide any bath towels here. Quite a setback after visiting the other flyproject gyms.
