★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been a wonderful journey of pilates classes.. individual and group classes. The trainers are professional and my personal class with trainer Jules, has helped me in the progress of achieving my objective of overall wellness ie improvement of flexibility, balance and coordination, increased muscle strength and toning (core muscles). The low impact makes it a great form of physical therapy and injury rehabilitation for my knee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thoroughly enjoy my classes with Gamze. She’s a very committed and dedicated instructor. Firm but gentle. Pushes you but knows when to give you some leeway.
I can do steps and moves which for years I hadn’t been able to.
I highly recommend Gamze to anyone who would like to give Pilates a try !

very much. I find Gamze to be very knowledgeable and she is able to tailor the program and exercises to
address the issues that I have. The studio itself is bright and kept very clean. I would recommend Zenith and in particular Gamze, to anyone looking for a pilates instructor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As someone with Scoliosis, I decided to take up reformer pilates to improve the condition. Started a year back with Jules as the instructor and been back ever since. The PT sessions are customized to my condition and Jules has been very creative in coming up with effective methods to help improve my flexibility and core strength.
In the year that I have been attending classes, I have seen much improvement in my posture and spine health. I can now run more efficiently too without the constant pain and injuries!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zenith place is very well disinfectant, clean and neat. Instructor Dehressa is very patient and gentle towards pregnant mom. My body doesn’t feel as stiff and it helps to relieve pregnancy discomfort after each session. Highly recommended.
