★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nearest hostel to UTAR Sg Long Campus, but it's the oldest either, require a lot of maintenance when I was living there. It's quite safe, they use electronic cards, and the guards are friendly, the residences are "friendly" too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guards attitude extremely horrible. You'd think after so many 1 star reviews on security guards, they would review the attitude of their guards. But no, they just let them be rude to visitors and residents. Management and guards not doing their job properly. Guard dont change regularly either, same guard could be working for more than a year at the same place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Head of the Guards for Flora is just blatantly rude when speaking to the residents. The guards themselves are alright but the "Boss" did not wear appropriate to his title and his choice of words are hurtful. Not sure if he is advising or scolding us.
Previously, due to the rising Covid cases, we usually asked the delivery person to place our parcels at the guard house to minimize contact. Now, we are not able to do that due to the management's decision to disallow any parcels to be placed at the guardhouse.
Without any notices placed around Flora Green Condominium, my friend and I got scolded for placing our parcels at the area.
Dear management, if you are reading your reviews, please take action towards the "Boss" because he is the 1st person anyone will see once they enter Flora Green.

Convenience, good location, average hygiene, and nice environment scenery.
Cons :
Very aggressive security guard, especially threatening through the phone call. Always blame on the visitor or tenant.
Old building leads to multiple maintenance problems, be careful for any irresponsible owner/agent.
Expensive for students, consider scotpine cypress is a better choice.
Rules are not stated in the condominium area or website.
